RECIPE FOR SAUSAGE, EGG & CHEESE CASSEROLE: Sausage, egg & cheese casserole 1 pkg (roll) Bob Evans Maple Sausage* (browned & crumbled) 6 pieces of bread (break up in small pieces and put in sprayed 9x13 casserole dish) 6 eggs (beat with whisk along with mustard & milk) 1 TBSP Dijon mustard 2 Cups milk 2 Cups Shredded chedder cheese (or more if you like cheese) Preheat oven to 375 Spread into casserole dish in the following order: bread sausage cheese egg, milk, mustard mix Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until golden and crisp on top. Wait 15 minutes before cutting. *If you cant find maple flavored sausage, I put real maple syrup into egg mixture.
