RECONCILIATION . " Him who knew no sin , became sin for us , that we might become the righteousness of God in Him " 2 Corinthians 5:21 Sin is a critical link . Not do evil , but being bad , a deliberate and determined independence from God. The Christian faith all based on extreme and categorical sinful nature. Other beliefs hold of sins, but only the Bible deals with sin. The first thing Jesus Christ faced in people was sinful inheritance . And this we have overlooked in our preaching , the Gospel message has lost its sting and its explosive power . The truth revealed in the Bible is that Jesus Christ took upon Himself the sins of our flesh but sinful inheritance , which no man can even touch . God "made sin " his own Son in order to make the sinner a saint. Throughout the entire Bible reveals that our Lord took upon himself the sin of the world because they identified with us and not because they sympathized with us. He deliberately took upon his shoulders and took in his body all accumulated sin of the human race . Who knew no sin , became sin for us . And so all men placed solely on the basis of redemption. Jesus Christ reconciled humanity , putting it back where God intended it to be. Now anyone can experience this reconciliation , it is brought into union with God on the basis of what our Lord did on the cross . A man can not redeem himself . Redemption is absolutely finished and complete work of God , and its application in people depends on individual action, the response of each. We must always distinguish between revealed truth of redemption and conscious experience of salvation that a person lives. The decision is yours
