RECORD KEEPING Had a monthly evaluation with a training client the other day. Once a month we take weight, measurements and do several strength and endurance tests. The first thing we normally do is weigh in. After being up 2 lbs from the month before he was immediately discouraged. I told him to RELAX because the scale doesnt tell the whole story. Next was measurements and strength/endurance testing. He was down 8 INCHES and CRUSHED every single test we did from the month before. The scale helps us track our progress but DOESNT define it! Log your workouts, use the mirror, take notice to how your clothes are fitting or how you have been feeling! BE HEALTHY AND GRIND ON!!!
