[RECRUITMENT] - Ho Chi Minh, Dong Nai POSITION: HR Manager SALARY: 1000$ - 2000$ JOB DESCRIPTION: • Assure HR policies are compatible with Company and Local policy. Develop and delivery induction program, staff planning in close co-operation with local management • In charge of working out employee demand plan which is in line with the overall business strategy and continually review with the company management. Providing advice to line management and supports in finding solutions for all relevant people related problems. Support management in the separation process from employees and secures a proper exit process is implemented. • Perform effective recruitment services to establish and maintain internal communication processes and exchange between management and employees. • Secure employee handbook is maintained, updated, containing all relevant topics for new and current employees. • Make sure the HR information system is accurate, timely and reliable that support decision making process. • Support management board regarding legal issues, being company representative of local community, industrial area, safety committee etc. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: at least 5 years of experience in same position in manufacturing.
