PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Midlevel Provider will provide preventative, primary and emergency care and work as a team with other health care providers, CHA/P and first response teams to ensure continuity and quality community health care for the assigend rural site. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant. • Four (4) years of primary care experience preferred • Experience in Rural cross culture setting preferred. • Licensed in the State of Alaska. • ACLS certification required.
