RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT REQUIRED IN DUBAI We are currently looking to engage a UK-based/Western-educated and experienced Recruitment Consultant for our office who will focus on supporting the recruitment requirements of our existing clients, as well as securing new business in the Middle East. Role: Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies. To work with client companies, to build relationships in order to get a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. Reports to: Chairman Direct reports: General Manager Key responsibilities: • Attracting potential candidates by a wide range of media, networking, referrals and headhunting. • Screen potential candidates by interviewing them and, doing background checks by requesting references • Matching potential candidates with clients • Consultants provide advice to both clients and candidates in regards to salary levels, training, and career opportunities. • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies • Regular visits to clients to build and develop relationships • Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment. • Headhunting- identifying and approaching suitable candidates • Creating and using a a candidate database to much the right person to the client’s vacancy • Briefing the candidate about their responsibilities, salary, benefits • Preparing CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients • Organizing interviews between the client and candidate • Informing candidates about the results of the interviews • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes Candidates can expect a competitive salary package commensurate with experience.
