RED ALERT - SUPER URGENT - CAPE TOWN SUPPORTERS, I NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE PLEASE!! A very kind lady picked up a stray male Spaniel of approximately 5 years old in Bellville yesterday in a very neglected condition. She took him to the 24 Panorama Vet clinic and they have agreed to keep him there until 18:00 this evening - he will then be sent to the SPCA. I only got to hear about this at 11 last night and have talked to the lady who picked him up. The vet will start treating his skin condition (probably allergic reaction to flea bites) while he is there, BUT I need a foster home by 18:00 today. I have nowhere to take him and if nobody comes forward I really do not know what to do. If I bring him to my house I will probably have a very unhappy furry family of 6 as they will not accept no 7 in their personal space right now and for the rest of the 2 legged family members, I can just imagine....!! PLEASE will somebody take this little guy in, so that he can receive the necessary TLC and care he needs to be healthy again. We will put him up for adoption in the mean time as well. He deserves a second chance. I will post pics later and then we will give him a suitable name. We will work out transport arrangements etc, when I have a foster home!
