"REDEMPTION" SHORT STORIES FROM THE BOOK AND MOVIE Now as I promised, Down a dark road of no return, Close as i remember it was 1990 me and three of my comrades had went to Houston from Port Lavaca to re up, loaded with a few keys hidden away in the car, these guys was from Houston working for me in the Port Lavaca, Victoria, Bay City region, we got to Point Comfort and things began to go from bad to worst, the guys apparently had a plan to get rid of me and take over and steal the stuff a argument broke which was planned they went down a dark road and threaten me we all got out the car and before I knew it i got hit in the nose, i dropped that one and fought the other two for my life, well they got the best of me and left me bleeding broken hand and a busted rib, I made it home and hid out in a undisclosed location until I healed, without incriminating myself lets just say they no longer bother me. God saved me just for now. Next story tomorrow, about what happen behind the building across from the Satellite Club in Port Lavaca, two people was with me who I want name they still live in Port Lavaca. Danny
