REFERENDUM DEBATE; The fundamental question to answer is whether Pesa Mashinani initiative is beneficial to us or not.If yes,we pull down our political divide and crystallize our resolve.If not,we let go the noise, But as Franco Modigliani and Merton Miller argued Dividend Irrelevance Model about payment of dividends to shareholders,Whether you pay dividend or retain earnings,the wealth belongs to shareholders, We are the shareholders of a company called Kenya and its wealth is our share capital.Whether it remains with the national government or is devolved,it remains ours, However,bringing the government beureaucracy into focus convinces me that money in the grassroots is better than money in Nairobi, Bring it on! I stand with the governors!
