REFLECTIONS FROM MY RECLINER: once again I am going out on the proverbial limb and asking you nice people to guide me in making a possible life-changing decision. I am in the process of rewriting Twas the Night Before Christmas. I honestly never expect to gain the prominence of Shakespeare but I need your feedback. although I abhor criticism as much as the next person , I am asking you to be completely honest in your judgment of this endeavor. am I wasting MY time? please remember that is only a rough draft of a short sample and a work in progress. Twas the night before Christmas and all through the dwelling, what was that terrible odor I was smelling? first off I checked my shoes--it wasnt that, maybe it was--no, we dont own a cat! I had hung my support hose on the mantel and mom hung her thong........stepping back to admire,,,this was just all wrong! FELIZ NAVIDAD.
