It is for those who cannot find their names on the displayed voters Registration List or Newly eligible voters ( e.g the young people who have turned 18-years).. so its your Right. DONT MISS IT. TRANSFER OF REGISTRARION If u have relocated or interested in changing where u want to vote, u are to make yourself available at the LG INEC Office of the new place and obtain a transfer form which will be submitedt with your original voters card.
