REGISTRATION REMINDER: Please ensure that the photos are ready to use - the dimensions of the photo can be standard 6 x 4 or whatever you have as our program will resize it to fit onto the registration papers. Dont send pics the size of postage stamps though as the quality is poor. If you print and post them, ensure that the photos are cropped and ready to scan. It takes time to cut them out and will slow down processing. Write your horses name on the back of the photo in case it gets separated from the registration application. Print on photo paper if possible as the quality for scanning is much better than on normal paper. Try to use paperclips instead of staples as staples will leave marks on the photo when separating for scanning. If you use the online shop, ensure that the photos are suitable as they will not be cropped. Your horse should take up about 80% of the photo. The maximum electronic size of photos for the online shop is 200Kb. Ensure your photo is resized BEFORE starting your order. If you get error messages with the photo size, cancel that order, confirm your photos are under 200kb, close your browser and start again. If you are still unable to use the online shop then you must print and post your registrations - we DO NOT ACCEPT REGISTRATIONS VIA EMAIL. Remember, the Stud Transfer deal registrations must be done via the online shop before February 1st, so ensure you know how to use it before taking up that offer. Registrations sent in via the post method will be charged at the normal rate due to the extra work involved in manually processing regardless of whether you have paid for the stud registration deal or not..
