RELATIONSHIP-03 John 13:34-35 “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” Love is not about, what you feel at certain moment or just any impulse that comes and go; Love is an attitude; many people sometimes fail to show, express and live a life in love, because of having a perception of love a momentous and this is what is expressed by many people especially those who establish a closer relationship. When you say to someone; ur partner “I LOVE U” what does it real mean to that person? It is very difficult to explain everything about love with world because all words used to explain love, are just merely words to point out, but love is more that words can explain. But above all; “Let look to Jesus, we have to take the attitude of love in our life, love has to emanate from within oneself. Because it is the same love when one is in relationship, we manifest to his/her partner. Someone gives what he/she has, it is difficult to express and show caring, loving and affectionate, if one does not have all these attributes of love within herself/himself. Here is where the problem is, because if your heart is empty, you cannot give what u don’t have; in our world today many people are empty within their heart and at the same time, many have not realize their emptiness hence when it comes to love, love does not take root in their life, because deep down their heart there is no good soil which can allow love to geminate and manifest by giving good fruits; marriage. Love has been taken as outside reality while it has to be an inward-outward reality, whereby there is inner as well as out emanation. Love develops not only when someone is in relationship with another, but love has to incorporate, Agape-Love of God; Filial-Love of you parents and relative, Eros-between a man and woman. So we see there three different type of love which the heart of a person must possess, possessing one and putting others aside, lead to incomplete. Therefore this means love has to be balanced, and it is from that balanced, the emanation and manifestation of all kind of love growth and a person become integrated in abroad sense. Been in relationship, needs sacrifice but this kind of commitment depends much on the integral of love development in one’s heart in relationship to God and to people around. True love is not about loving one person i.e ur partner but also people around you because that is what make us all children of God; true love is able to embrace other and through that it is able to settle in one with respect and true manifestation to her or to him. Many fail to love because, they don’t know what it means to love and since many people have incomplete love; this incomplete love cannot withstand the storm of the desert or the wind in the Ocean; hence becomes fragile and broke easily; since it has no substance in itself.
