RELATIONSHIP, LOVE & LONELINESS (RLL) Question of the day: Omotola is in her late 30s and has been married to Debo for ten years; they have three children. For the last eight years, Omotola has been the unwilling breadwinner in the family; she pays the rent, the childrens school fees and feedsthe family. Debo lost his job and has become quite comfortable with being a house-husband. Omotolas efforts to help him get a job or even start a business have all met with resistance. Her love and respect for Debo began dwindling and they have not had intercourse in the last three years.When their house rent became due in October 2013, Omotola refused to pay it; instead she told her parents all that had been going on in her marriage and of her decision to get a small apartment for herself and the children as she was, in her own words, already a single mother.Imagine Omotola is your daughter or sister; what would your advice be?
