RELEASE AND PRINT ORDERED WITHOUT FURTHER PERMISSION RENEWED MESSAGE TO NIGERIAN ARMY, POLICE, TEACHER AND OTHER ACTIVE SERVICE MEN/WOMEN Reviewed & Reposted : Paris June 26, 2014 (Brussels, March 1, 2014) Over 27 years Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume maintains that nigerian army, police, teacher and other active service men and women are hard working and very brave to continue to work under hardship and uneven conditions and must be honored to the extent that nigerian soldier, police officer, teacher and other active service men and women families must have personal home, full educational scholarship (parents and children), over middle class salary, car loan, mortgage for life, over middle class pension and gratuities, etc. Nigeria has direct and indirect daily revenue of about $400million to do more than these. But horribly and tearfully, each major foreign oil/gas companies get over $80million per day and their staff has confessed from the content of their wages and allowances that because they pay them in hard foreign currencies tax-free and over several thousands % above the slaries and allowances of the nigerian army, police, teacher and other active service men and women, they repatriate their salaries and live on nanny, pet and other allowances. Dr. Ofume will stop these wages/salaries and allowances inequity and no worker in Nigeria will be paid in any foreign currencies and over paid because all people in Nigeria (lower, middle and upper classes) face the same purchase marketplace. All workers in Nigeria must pay tax based on their income. To avoid workers’ protest all salaries and allowances must be reviewed time to time based on the prevailing market, purchasing and means of livelihood trend to eliminate poverty and hardship faced by all middle and lower class Nigerians. Under Dr. Ofume’s collaboration of Education and Industry all graduates must be employed few months before graduation and Dr. Ofume will eliminate National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) because it’s aimless and wastes the time of parents, graduates and the strength of the economy. Dr. Ofume will keep all these daily income monies ($400million & $80million/day) in Nigeria by removing all the immunities enjoyed by the president, governors, diplomats, senators, lga chairmen/women, and corporate body all of which ease looting and repatriation of the wealth of Nigeria into foreign financial institutions and in the hands of strangers. To keep/use these monies in Nigeria is to eliminate looting and repatriation of loots by using constitutional and criminal code amendments to remove the immunities enjoy by the president, diplomats, governors, senators, state and federal representatives and assemblies, local government chairmen/women, corporate body, etc. Part of these monies will be used to build strong Nigerian export, commercial , indigenous agriculture (rice, cattle, chicken, beans, cocoa, groundnut, onion, pineapple, cassava, yam, potato, vegetable, oranges, tomato, etc); sound and affordable healthcare, communications, incessant power supply, iron & steel, Nigeria automobile factories, direct collaboration between education and industry; etc. Inside and outside APC, and Nigeria, Dr. Phillip C.
