RELEASE FROM DALE CO. BOARD OF EDUCATION: Tragedy struck the Dale County Schools family today. Mr. Sean Miller, Band Director at Dale County High School was tragically killed in an automobile accident this morning. Even though this was Sean`s first year at Dale County he had a profound impact on the students he mentored each day. He showed a genuine love and respect for them in a very humble way. His students loved and respected him and his loss will leave a big void in their lives. We have a support system in place with ministers, counselors, and others. Please be in prayer for the Miller family, his wife Sherri and daughter Mary Madelyn. Also be in prayer for our students, faculty, and staff. We will announce funeral arrangements when they are complete.
