RELEASED IN PUBLIC INTEREST In Singham I & II, upright Police - TopicsExpress

RELEASED IN PUBLIC INTEREST In Singham I & II, upright Police Officer Bajirao Singham always confronts the corrupt and the criminals and warns them first before eliminating them. His dialogue is: Aata majhi satakli... Aata tujhi paari aali... (Now I wont tolerate. Now it is your turn to go). Same thing has been my policy too. I first warn the corrupt or criminal three times. Then get them. The only difference is. Bajirao Singham uses guns. I use the Pen... My Pen is Mightier than the AK-56 rifle. I have, by using my pen effectively from 1975, removed many high ranking corrupt police officers and the judges. Now on the chopping block are 3 judges (SS Shinde, NG Gimekar, transferred from Mumbai to Pune, and SA Sinha, Metropolitan Magistrate of the 17th Court, in Borivali Mumbai), one APP (RA Mahakal) and two advocates (Manoj Mohite and Kishor Joshi). Here is the full text of Email and Letter Posted by Speed Post to the following authorities on 23.10.2014 and 25.10.2014, respectively. 1.. The Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court. 2.. Principal Judge of the Bombay City Civil and Sessions Court. 3.. Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pune District. 4.. The Governor of Maharashtra as the final appointing/removal authority. 5.. ACB and DGP, Maharashtra, through its officers, to help in Investigation. 6.. President/Secretary, Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. Dear Sirs: REF: Report in Free Press Journal of 23/10/2014 - Mumbai Judge Shraddha Vinod Deo, Compulsorily Retired in Public Interest and BHC refuses to Intervene. May the Light of Deepawali shine upon you and help you to think clearly to remove the Three Utterly Corrupt Judicial Officers, SS Shinde, NG Gimekar, of Pune District Court and Mrs. SA Sinha, MM, 17th Court at Borivali, Mumbai, in Public Interest. They should be suspended forthwith, pending swift inquiry, to prevent further damage to litigants because of their Abuse of Power and rampant Corrupt Practices, which have been established on court record. These records can be easily called for verification and to help in the inquiry, necessitating the removal of these three unfit Judicial Officers, in Public Interest. Please read the self-explanatory Contempt Notice of 10th Oct, 2014, issued by me, to which I have NOT received Replies till date, which means acceptance of guilt by all concerned. Please notify to me of the Action Taken in this serious matter. If further required, I am ready to appear before the Enquiry Committee with other witnesses. Sd/- Dr. Leo Rebello Pro Bono Publico on behalf of 52 slum dwellers who have suffered due to Corrupt Practices of these three Judicial Officers and two corrupt advocates of Ramesh Singh Thakur, Congress MLA who was defeated in the recently concluded Assembly elections.
