RELIABILITY. Are you reliable?Do not answer!!!..How many realiable friends/team members/Employees do you know?..How does it make you to know that you have atleast one realible person around you.?..oohh breathtaking i must say.Imagine you ask a builder to refurbish your bathroom.It is nice to know when they will start, when they expect to finish, and if they encounter any significant problems that will affect the job. You dont want any surprises. You want to know when your bathroom will be ready.Your boss/team leaders are the same.They dont want any surprises either.So find out from them how much information they would like from you about your activities, when they want it and in what form they want it.Then make sure you give them this information exactly as agreed.No more, no less; and check on a regular basis that your report is still fit for purpose. Your goal is to create an impression in your boss mind of rock solid reliability.If realiable people give you a peace if mind then be one.Always work towards being to people what you like them to be for you. #prayloveinspire
