REMINDER- Our final work party will be Monday, August 25th from 8:30-11:30 am. We are hoping for a great turnout! Here is a list of what we will be working on in order of priority: - Stain last 4 posts on special subjects building - Stain/sand picnic tables 2 left - Assemble shed 2-3 people - Plant flowers - Reset logs around playground and nail ropes down and weed path up to the garden - Hang blackboards (need muscle) - Finish ironing curtains/silks - Pick up and blow gravel areas - Pick up plastic film behind Sunflower building its deteriorated and starting to float around - good job for kids - Power wash concrete/court - Continue weeding around play yard - Fill garden boxes with dirt - Soundproofing Sunflower room - Move pallets and cinder blocks to behind outdoor classroom - Organize wood pile behind outdoor classroom Supplies that would be helpful to have volunteers bring: Gloves, rakes, leaf blowers, extension cord, sanders, hammer, level long ones, ladder (2 total), wheel barrels, iron and board.
