REMINDER..Anyone wanting to burn grass or brush MUST call in to the Communications Center and get a permit to burn at 785-448-6823. Burning without a permit may result in significant fines. Material such as tires, lumber/construction debris, and other products that give off large amounts of black smoke SHALL NOT be burned under no circumstance. Kansas Department of Health and Environment strictly enforce no burning of such products.
