REMINDER: Dear Racers and Fans; The staff and Board of Directors of Hawkeye Downs would like to invite you to the 2014 Hawkeye Downs Racing Awards Banquet scheduled for Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Dublin City Pub, 415 1st St. SE, Cedar Rapids. A cash bar Cocktail Hour with appetizers will begin at 6:00 p.m. (with one keg of beer on us), Dinner is at 7:00 p.m. and will include choice of Dublin’s Roast Beef or Turkey, complimented with potatoes & gravy, vegetables and dinner rolls, plus juice or pop. The awards program will begin at 8:00 p.m. Dress code will be business casual, no blue jeans, please. Awards will be presented to the drivers in the top 10 in the point standings that competed in at least 66% of the season’s races in the 6 weekly divisions. You must attend the banquet to receive your awards. Tickets will be $25.00 in advance and must be purchased by Friday, January 16th, 2015. (It is important to us that you RSVP in advance so that Dublin City Pub may prepare for everyone.) Please complete the form below and mail back to us. Tickets at the door will be $40.00 (cash only). Please enclose a check if you are purchasing tickets by mail or stop by the business office during regular business hours for cash or credit card service.
