REMINDER: SHREK AUDITIONS ARE TOMORROW!!! Sunday, November 3, 1;00-6:00 p.m. Harter Hall, Woodland Hills Community Church 21338 Dumetz Road (corner of Canoga Ave.,and Dumetz) * Plan to be with us all afternoon. * Dress comfortably. We will provide water, but bring your own snacks. * Bring sheet music (preferably in some sort of a binder) for your audition song. Song should be from a Broadway show. * There will be three parts to the audition process: singing, dance movement, and finally, cold script readings. * Remember, the purpose of auditions is to place people in roles that will play to their strengths. NO ONE will be eliminated from the program due to their audition. * If, for any reason, you need to come late or leave early (or, indeed, cannot be there at all on Sunday), please let Bruce know ASAP!! PARTICIPATION FEE: Your participation fee ($475) or at least a portion thereof, is due on Sunday. If you are going to pay on the installment plan, please give Bruce on Sunday a schedule of when your future payments will occur. All payments much be made by May 1, 2014. For two or more participants are from the same family, the fee will be $400. Make checks payable to WHCC-YMT. (Until we finally receive our own nonprofit tax ID# from the IRS, we will be operating under the nonprofit status of the Woodland Hills Community Church. If paying the full fee presents financial difficulties to you, talk with Bruce. YMT has a fund available for financial support. It has been a longstanding tradition of Youth Musical Theatre that no one will be barred from participation in the program due to financial reasons. OTHER IMPORTANT REMINDERS * SEES CANDY ORDERS are due on Sunday. Remember to bring your completed order forms with you. * DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME ENDS TONIGHT! Remember to turn the clocks back when you go to bed. FINALLY.....a huge THANK YOU to all who helped us move our costumes, props and set pieces from the church out to Lindero Canyon Middle School.
