Tomorrow...Monday the 15th, we will have a conference call for all of your questions and answers about the course, the class requirements and the procedures for your final project. It will from 7-8pm SHARP. Here is the number for the call: Please call (605) 475-4000 entering PIN: 1081519# You will need to have all forms, documents and items (listed) no later than the FIRST day of class...THIS THURSDAY. That means that if you have have to call, text or repeatedly email people to get your letters and transripts...then begin in the morning and keep being persistent!!! Please make sure all tutition payments, deposits and balances are caught up before beginning class. Here is the list: **Unofficial copy of your Medical Assistance, Certified Nurses Aide or EMT/Paramedic transcripts (if applicable) **Two (2) letters of recommendation; they must be from a Professional Medical or Educational source only; this WILL be verified. **Recent copy of your current (unexpired) CPR card **Your 400-word essay detailing (a) why you want to become a Doula and (b) how you plan to use this training (see the Application Sheet). **Your FOUR (4) books (see the Syllabus) **A notebook specifically for THIS class **Blue or black pens ONLY **A folder for your papers, homework sheets and essays **A Highlighter marker (any color) for your readings in your books.
