REO Miracles - A Song, by Jeremy Wilson 12 Bar Blues Woke up one recent morning And I didnt have a job Then spent a fair amount of time Just acting like a slob Until my honey said to me Baby, please find some work And then it was I realized Id been acting like a jerk So I tossed a bag or two of tools In the back of my cool old truck And only then I realized I truly was in luck Im grateful that I had my health And a tiny batch of skills To use to generate some wealth From the Kitsap County hills I found a friendly realtor She had to move some trash I told her I could work with her For a tiny pile of cash I grabbed some gloves, made things move And started down the track To REO Miracles And never have looked back I met another realtor Who made me get my bond And license and insurance It was only then it dawned … on me That I could do what others do And start a company That I could be some help to you If you would please let me Haul your trash, cut your grass Clean the gutters too I would do those nasty thing Nobody wants to do May I explain REO It stands for Real Estate Owned Your friendly lender uses it When money thats been loaned Somehow or other is not paid back And though hes not a louse He really has to find a way To repossess your house And after that he counts on me To fix the drywall holes Punched in the walls and doors and more By poor unhappy souls And then theres probably painting too And scum inside the tub And food inside the freezer An entire house to scrub And places where the rodents played And fleas and dogs did roam And windows broke and toilets choked Nasty abandoned homes I do my best to clean it up And send that mess away An REO Miracle Will happen there today So let me try and wrap this up I think Ive said enough To give you the idea Of how I do my stuff And how I go and spend my days And a bit of what I do Im constantly trying new ways To be of help to you So thank you for your time today I wish you all the best Im hoping that youll call and say Id like to put you to the test REO REO REO Miracles……..
