REPASSANDO Junior HR Consultant atrain GmbH - São Paulo Area, Brazil (São Paulo e Região, Brasil) Descrição da vaga What you can expect The job is based in Bamberg, Germany As a Junior HR Consultant at atrain, your work will be project-related according to the key-account principle. You will work in one of currently four consulting teams focusing on either executive assessments, talent management (particularly in development centers) or training. The teams consist of approximately five consultants each. You will be managing your clients for the entire consultancy process under the supervision of a team leader, from the beginning of a needs analysis and conceptual design to implementation and evaluation of measures. You will develop customized solutions for your clients, coordinate and prepare multi-day assessment or development centers and training courses. Also, you will have the opportunity to work in project-specific cooperation with other teams depending on your personal interests and qualifications.
