REPEAT BUSINESS OR NOT? Restaurant in Telluride. Messed up the food order. Response from waiter AND manager...what do you want us to do about it? In a tone...as if it was too late. NO REPEAT. Scottsdale restaurant. Horrific service. Good food. Waiter clueless. Manager comped entire tab and gave each of me and my buddy a $100 certificate. WILL REPEAT AND TELL OTHERS. Taco joint in Scottsdale. Waitress went down the street to buy me a diet coke because they only had Pepsi product. Went WAY out of her way to satisfy a customer. Blogged about her, spoke about her. Still speaking about her. Blancos Tacos On Scottsdale Rd gets lots of business because of that experience. Jersey...if you take that attitude to wherever you go like you did with me that day, you will be hugely successful in life. Giannis Pizza in Monterey. Best pizza on the planet. So good I named my kid after it. Free pizza for life for me. Only about one a year now. No better place for pizza eats in Monterey County. FOREVER REPEAT. Word of mouth. Works both ways. THINK.
