REPOST FROM @m_amya: So today I finished pipehitter goals of attempting PRs and started my new #ulbrichfitchallenge training. It was bittersweet as I was feeling a little pain in my right knee from snowboarding. I was disappointed at first when I couldnt get the bar up for Deadlifts. My goal was to go-go-go since I had TONS to conplete. I try really hard not to count lbs so I dont psyc myself out. I failed what I thought was just 200lbs. My hubs comes over to me and says hey why didnt you tell me to record you. I reply I cant get it anyway I am winded. He smiles and says, you do realize you hit a new PR of 215lbs, right...WhAT?!?!?! Excited! Then I attempted a NEW PR for back squats but my knee was not having it, I stopped at 195 which is 5lbs shy of my last PR. No worries...I got 7 unassisted pullups! Happy dance! Then I jumped to getting my #TeamAtoZ Wod...whoa buddy! All I can say is my glutes will be on fire tomorrow since they are burning now. I decided for my cardio #HIIT I would get on the Arc Trainer. Word of Advice: dont check your IG notifications while at the gym. The responses I received made me tear up. I gave myself a pep talk and just used the tears to fuel more fire to my energy level and kept on! Didnt stop once on the trainer! Tonight was a great last & first day! #pipehitter #beyondblessed #ulbrichfitchallenge #30day2ulbrichfit #200ktransform #wontstopcantstop #competitionprep #thankful New PRs, New routine, onto a NEW level!
