REPOST TO seek Justice for this dog: ----------------------------------- PLEASE WATCH!! This is my neighbor Jonathan Granger. After hearing a dog cry for at least 5 minutes this morning, I go looking for what was happening. This is what I witnessed.. Needless to say I went outside and made him stop and then called the police. The police came, but in the long run there is nothing that they can do.
