Regrettably,these AREAS Are privileged since 2011 with REPRESENTATIVES, BOTH IN THE EXECUTIVE, & LEGISLATURE...Yes,this FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY Has the DEPUTY SPEAKER, IMO STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY, HON OZOEMENA DONATUS,HON LUKE CHUKWU REPRESENTING OHAJIEGBEMA STATE CONSTITUENCY ; PROF ANTHONY ANWUKAH AS THE SECRETARY TO THE IMO STATE GOVERNMENT, ISOPADEC BOARD MEMBERS, & THE ISOPADEC MANAGING DIRECTOR, PLUS THE MAYOR OF ORLU,HON CHIEF GODDY OBODO, PH.D,NOT EXCLUDING HONOURABLE COMMISSIONERS,& OTHER APPOINTEES....,underdevelopment is the second name,& the best description of these AREAS...
