They are looking to recruit DYNAMIC HR Professionals for their Kenya based manufacturing setup. Job Description: Key Purpose: Responsible for managing and maintaining innovative and robust HR best-practice that delivery on business strategy, operational excellence and growth service delivery. Manage and maintain appropriate and effective HR strategies and tactical plans, Ensure all end to end HR Administration are working effectively and documentations are complete, accurate and timely. Manage the full cycle of Performance Management; Ensure that all HR planning and implementation is cohesive with the Company policy and in line with Kenyan legislation and standards; Handle all services linked to the recruitment process, in line with the Companys strategic orientations and in compliance with the HR policy and the legal framework Steer implementation of the training plan and assessing its impact; Establish and maintain cordial employee and labour relations; Desired Profile: Preference will be given to Female candidates.
