REQUEST FOR PRAYER: Edward Jordan had his heart surgery bumped up one day due to schedule conflicts with the surgeons. Surgery is 10am tomorrow morning. This is not an invasive open heart surgery but, instead, done with a scope and through the groin so no scaring and faster healing. He will be at Trinity Mother Francis for the procedure and stay overnight for monitoring. If he recovers without any complication he will go directly back to UT Health Center on Thursday sometime. The procedure is to close a hole in his heart and remove the aneurysm (ie: shelf next to the hole that collects platelets) as they predict this has been the cause of the strokes. Please pray for: 1) Smooth procedure 2) No signs of additional small strokes recently as that will halt the surgery (has to be 4 weeks clear of strokes) 3) Smooth and swift recovery 4) This will end the recurring strokes, as the doctors hope/ predict 5) Strength for Renee Jordan and Edward, emotionally, through all of this
