REQUEST : Please do read carefully and if you agree with me share It so as to percolate this message to entire cross section of the Indian population. If at all EVM are to be continued in use it must be modified so as to curb all known and anticipated loop-holes associated with it and is is to be used in association with other systems like providing 2 CCTVs in each voting hut/area one covering the hut/area facing to the voter and the other viewing the voter casting the vote covering EVM and voters hand up to his/her elbow. All EVM and CCTV should have inbuilt time recording device using IST (remember IST means both system should have second to second matching time). CCTV need not to record video instead it should take snaps continuously at the interval of 2-3 seconds. Besides this There should be below mentioned provisions. 1. Besides Voter ID card there should be storage of finger/retina print and those voters whose finger/retina prints match only to be allowed to cast the vote. Person whose finger/retina print doesnt match is to be treated as bogus voter and is to be dealt with as such. The EVM shall become operative for accepting one vote on matching finger/retina print. All Voter Cards are to be upgraded with this finger/retina print. 2. After verification, Voter is to be issued a token in duplicate specifying Vidhan Shabha seat no., bhag no., area code, Booth no., voter ID No. date, time and his/her sequence no. of voting printed by computer. This Record shall be stored in the computer also. next person on election duty shall take the original copy of token, put ink mark on the finger and guide him/her to voting hut. He/she shall exercise his/her franchise and come out immediately retaining the duplicate copy of token with him/her. It is advisable to note it down the details of candidate whom he/she casted the vote on the token for future reference. 3. EVM design should be such that details vote of individual voter, specified here under, could be retrieved of by authenticated person(s) in case voter wish to get the same later. Details: Voting sequence no. Vidhan Shabha seat no., bhag no., area code, Booth no., voter ID no., date and exact time of voting and name and party of candidate in whose favour vote has been deposited. 4. All voters shall be entitle to get it verified by applying to the office of ECI similar to that of SSC and HSC exam. ECI shall give a certificate regarding whom he/she casted the vote along with details like sequence no., voter ID no., name, date, exact time of voting. If he/she feels that the vote has gone to the different candidate he/she individually or collectively along with others can file a suit against candidate and/or concern party. Court may ask the ECI to present the EVM and concern CCTV on examination if (a) Voter is found wrong based on the CCTV footings, He/she is to be punished for 1-3 days simple imprisonment. (b) If Candidate gets vote in his/her favour in spite voters casting vote to others, there shall be two probability (1) EVM malfunctioned or (2) EVM is tempered. For analysing the truth another 100 voters votes are to be examined at random without checking the name and ID no. of voter purely based on time of voting and CCTV focused on the EVM, for the same machine based on CCTVs footing, if EVM has malfunctioned it could have followed specific pattern in which other candidates could have also got vote wrongly. If pattern is in favour of one specific candidate, there are bright chances of tempering with the machine. However before coming to the final conclusion another 100 or more EVMs are also examined for entire votes casted into those machines and if any candidate irrespective of the questioned one has got undue benefit of the vote he/she is to be punished severely, besides cancellation of the election on the spot and sending him/her to jail from the court itself and he/she is to be declared disqualified for contesting any kind of election for the term of 6 to 30 years besides imprisonment and voting power is also to be suspended for the same period depending on the scale of tempering. (c) On such cross checking if 5% or more candidates of any party(s) are found beneficiaries, the party is to be disqualified for the tenure of 6 to 30 years depending on the scale of mal-practice. And their all office bearers shall also be disqualified for forming any other political party, contesting any kind of election and their voting power shall also be ceased for the same period. 5. No person other then persons came for voting are to allowed in the booth area, except the persons who are deputed by ECI for executing the operation of voting in writing. Unauthorised person entered inside the booth and especially in the Voting hut/area is to be punished severely. If he/she is contesting from any where, his/her candidature is to be cancelled besides imprisonment.
