REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION OF A PROMOTERS LICENCE 1. Application Form duly completed and is obtained from any NACZ office -$20 2. Company Registration Certificate OR Deed of Trust (Certified Copy) 3. CR14 (Certified Copy) 4.Current Bank Statement 5.Current ZIMRA Tax Clearance (Certified Copy) 6.Two(2) official Trade Reference letters 7.Application Fee- $420 The above requirements should be complied with for an application to be lodged with NACZ for consideration. These constitute the primary information needed for assessment of the application All licences expire on 31 December despite the date of issue. However, if a promoter intends to renew, that should be done before 31 December of each year. For renewal the requirements are 1. Application renewal form obtained from any NACZ office- $20 2. Current ZIMRA Tax Clerance (Certified Copy) 3. Renewal fee - $370 Please note the fees are reviewed overtime
