Profile : For B.D.E (Business Development Executive) No of Positions: 5 Location: Delhi Desired Candidate Profile: • Female graduates (preferably) • Pleasing Personality • Soft Spoken, Convincing Skills • Good Communication in English • Customer Friendly and Service Oriented • Self Motivated and Team player • Graduation. • Fresher or preferable six months to one year experience in any service oriented company. • Willingness to travel Reporting to : Centre Head ( Bareilly ) Responsibilities : • Counseling enquiries as per the set standards and norms • Main focus on looking after the set-up requirements of new and old Franchisee and Information Centers regarding their overall smooth functioning related to students, admissions, classes or faculty. • Acquaint students with their obligations as part of the contract , as mentioned in the Academic regulations • Processing of requests by franchisee for the amendment of contract or any other functional requirements. • Updation of the admission details in the system- timely , accurate and complete • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of admission forms before processing the form and providing the students their material. • Follow up with franchisee holder for installments based on collection plan • Generating defaulter list and follow up • Handing over Welcome Kits , Study Material , any other materials to Franchisee and Information Centre as per the schedule • Filing and maintaining of manual records and also updating them online. • Coordinating with Head office and declaring the franchisee results , dispatch the admission forms , payments etc • Collecting fee from the franchisee and issuing online receipts • Ensuring the collections from Franchise and Study centres are deposited into bank account on a daily basis Working hours – 10 am to 5 pm Salary:INR 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 P.A.
