RESCUE YOUR RESOLUTION WITH REST AND RECOVERY Rest and recovery are vital on your path to becoming fearlessly fit! From CrossFit, to rock climbing, to surfing, Im experiencing intense soreness from these workouts this past week. So I made the choice to give my body a rest today so I could refuel my tank and recommit to my fitness goals tomorrow.
