RESERVATION CASE/ MATTER IN HIGH COURT BOMBAY: The High Court, Bombay bench headed by Chief Justice Mohit Shah also stayed the Maharashtra Governments Decision to give 16% Reservation to Maharaths in Public Service and Education. The High court also stayed State Govt. Decision to provide 5% Reservation to Muslims in Public Service. However, allowed 5% RESERVATION IN QUOTA IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS TO MUSLIMS. In this matter I was one of the Petitioner/Intervener as I have filed Intervention application No. 141 of 2014 in PIL No. 149 of 2014. By way of this Intervention, I SUPPORTED Reservation in favour of Marathas and Muslims. As Intervener I have also strongly pleaded/ argued the case before this Hon;ble High Court and supported Reservation. The Order also shows my name. State is planning to file SLP in Supreme Court of India.
