JOB QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum BSc with a relevant Degree in or related discipline 10 years experience in the oil industry as a Reservoir or production or petroleum Engineer Good knowledge and practice of reservoir production or petroleum engineering techniques numerical simulation well test interpretation material balance production logging analysis PVT analysis and other company standard reservoir engineering interpretation tools Understanding of reservoir production mechanisms IOREOR Basic knowledge of reservoir geology and log interpretation Experience in geological 3Dmodelling desirable Experience in well surveillance planning and interpretation Familiar with casedhole and openhole data Analysis Willingness and ability to travel Fluency in written and spoken English Ability to speak Arabic an advantage JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Integrated well history and log analyses Pressure transient analyses Decline curve analyses Fullfield 3Dmodel history matching Present technical results to Customers and internal reviews. Evaluate oil and gas reservoir performance and depletion strategies Analyze actual field data and recommend new projects for increasing reserves Conduct reservoir simulations to predict reservoir performance Provide support for the implementation of software products services and solutions in a clientrsquos office and see that their complex engineering and data challenges are met. Provide technical support and guidance to clients to help them select the appropriate technology to provide the desired results. Processing and Analysis of Casedhole data Maintain the company expected level of log and data quality control.
