Compensation is negotiable based on experience As a RESIDENT LIAISON you will beresponsible for coordinating the rehab and construction efforts with residents, communicating schedules and plans, and addressing residents immediate concerns. This is a full-time temporary position for 6-12 months. WHAT YOU WILL DO: •Communicate with residents about upcoming renovation work and schedule •Facilitate and assist the moving process for residents while construction takes place •Perform thorough inspections of apartments; Ensure that residents are prepared for the constructions work scheduled for the day •Open/close doors for contractors •Ensure safety in the areas of construction WHAT WILL SERVE YOU WELL IN THIS ROLE?
