RESOLVED : That the concept of labeling violent acts hate crimes, & punishing them more severely than other violent acts, is a blatant sign of sheer stupidity. Case in point.....the murder of a helpless child, after having been kidnapped & brutally raped.......is THIS murder any less tragic & outrageous than a murder committed while racial or other epitaphs were spewed??? Enforce the laws already on the books. Yes, I know that uberliberals are extremely reluctant to punish career criminals, but there ya go.
