RESPECT Each one in a relationship need to be respected by their partner. Like Trust, Respect is earned and goes two way. You cannot be respected if you don’t respect. You should learn to respect yourself and others in order to be respected. The way you handle yourself around your partner and others determines whether you get the respect or not. Don’t yell at your partner in public as the words might be damaging and impossible to take back. Respect your partner’s boundaries. There are things that are personal and private even if you are in a relationship. Your partner’s phone for instance is private and personal. Sneaking into your partner’s phone is a sign of disrespect and might bring problems into your relationship. Sometimes what you don’t know doesn’t hurt.
