The role will include, but not be limited to: Java Development Test Driven Development Implementation and Testing Support Manage Change Control, Build and Deployment Processes REQUIRED SKILLS J2SE / J2EE Comprehension of Object Oriented development and design required Apache Web Server experience required Tomcat Application Server experience required Hibernate and/or Spring required A General understanding of Web services and FTP required OR SOAP Web services integration experience required JDK 5 and/or 6 required JMS required Linux experience required Experienced in interfacing with other teams RESTful web service experience would be an advantage Adobe Flex, Spring Rich, Java swing, Wicket would be an advantage ESB experience would be an advantage Experience in agile development methodologies (XP, SCRUM) would be an advantage SQL database knowledge and SQL script experience would be an advantage Web development skills eg. HTML, css required.
