When was the last time that you blamed someone for something negative happening in your life? Hmm...I can remember an incidence or two as Im sure you can as well. When you really think about it, things dont just happen in our lives for no reason at all. Everything happens for a reason. Regardless of the situation, or whatever happened.....its up to us to take control and say those words, I am responsible. Once you do that, you can work on a solution or-- ask for help. Youll find life becomes so much easier and less stressful when you always assume responsibility... pearce :-) x
