RESULTS! RESULTS! RESULTS! What a week from some of our Members/Athletes... *Smash Clash Crossfit event saw Kizzy, Grant and Elesha all putting in fantastic efforts. Krizzy continued her strong form this year and took 1st place in the Womens Open!! *We had 6 ladies representing Australia at the Asia & Oceania IPF Raw Powerlifting Championships. Kim Stevenson (72kg open class) - 1st place Bench Press with a NEW AUSTRALIAN RECORD of 90kgs! AJ Edwards (52kg open class) - 4th place (302.5kg pb total!) Steph Raddo (63kg M1 class) - 2nd place! (315kg pb total) Brooke De Britt (63kg jnr class) 3rd place bench press Michelle Rogers (72kg M1 class) 2nd place! (280kg pb total) Cass Pickard (72kg M1 class) 1st place!! (NEW AUSTRALIAN RECORDS for deadlift - 175kg! and total 382.5kg!) What are huge effort from all of these guys and a great 7-8 days for for RealFITT! It should also be mentioned that 8 of these 9 athletes are coached/programmed by Joe Matthews. If you are serious about improving your performance, Joe is the man! Well done to all of you!!
