RESULTS ...When it comes to results, each person is at his or her own pace. And results are not only measured by a scale and photos. It is quite the contrary actually. The fact is, each of these ladies (@_sting_rae_ AND @stephfrancis) found their inner strength and potential as they tackled each day. The by-product of having more good days than bad days equals what you see here. Two women, on opposite ends of the country who began their journeys with me at the exact same time.
