RETAIL MARKETING DIRECTOR One of the leading Companies among the manufacturers of innovative products is looking for outgoing, dynamic and responsible young people for a position Retail Marketing Director. Main activities: - Create marketing strategies based on buying trends and consumer income information. The strategies are implemented with the goal of achieving predetermined company objectives; - Manage the marketing team, the product inventory; marketing and the customer service Management; - Work closely with the advertising department to plans advertising campaigns and strategies to develop/increase the customer base; - Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products; - Analyze sales figures – Utilized IT to record sales figures for data analysis and forward forecasts; - Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning; - Establish customer satisfaction programs, promotional packages; - Allotting the budget among marketing campaigns, advertising strategies and promotional tools; - Supervise subordinate marketing professionals, assigning tasks and following up to ensure successful completion. Qualifications required: - At least 3-5 years of work experience in the field of electronic products retail trade marketing; Institute or University graduate in Economics, Marketing, Management or MBA - Good knowledge on the distribution channels of electronic goods on the Uzbekistan market; - Strong marketing and presentation skills; - Demonstrate critical thinking skills - Good command of spoken/written English, Uzbek, Russian; - Good interpersonal skills and demonstrate creativity - The person should be ready to travel in CIS countries and abroad. - Be able to work well under pressure and under tight deadlines, as the work environment is often intense. - Citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resident of Tashkent city. Work conditions: - Medical and social benefits; - Annual leave; - Normal office hours are from 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, on Saturday (half day); - The basic salary is specified in the employment contract and is payable in euros, as are all other benefits and allowances; - Probation period during 3 months.
