RETRORSE: In 1979 an interesting 1968 NSA Report UFO Hypothesis and Survival Questions was declassified and released. It gives 5 principal hypotheses for the UFO-phenomenon and discusses some of its human survival implications - critizising the common leisurely scientific approach.
