RETURN OF THE PRODIGAL SON!!!! PART 2 I extend my deepest gratitude to HABA NA HABA CHARITY TOURS for the great support and role we played to taking Less back home. It was a blessing to reunite him with his family and just as any family would react to such, they were so elated to have their son back. They had been searching for him in all places of this country but in vain. We thank God for using us as the vessel to return the prodigal son home. The grandmother was speechless at the site of Less, getting overwhelmed with tears of joy to see her grandson again after so much hopelessness. She and Less’s aunt talked to us and their biggest request was that the young boy be taken to school. As a result, we arranged him an interview at a school, whose results we shall share in due course. Less had a hard life in the streets. Living among older street urchins made him vulnerable and a soft target to many. That culminated to mistreatment as molestation and physical abuse, all of which traumatized him. He needs our help to heal from such experiencesGiving him an education would be empowering him to be a better person. Haba Na Haba therefore takes the mandate to nurture Less as our son henceforth. May all of us feel obliged to take responsibility of him even in the least of ways to see to it that the boy grows up to be a noble gentleman On the day we had the mission to bond with the street kids, we had so much fun playing games and connecting with them. Those children are going through a tumultuous time out there and had we the capacity to get them to safer places, the decision would be so easy to make since they are innocent kids growing up in the wrong environment whose lives are meaningful to many others in the near future and they need a decent living. Less could not take it anymore and was compelled to go back home, and how joyous it was for everyone that we could make that happen for him. Remember that service to man is service to God, so glory be to our Father in heaven.We shall be communicating on his progress.
