Contact me is you need to know how much you have in account. 2014 Theme Soulard Mardi Gras: "250 Cheers for St. Louis" he year 2014 will be the 250th anniversary of the founding of St. Louis. You might recall the parade theme in 2004 was Celebrate St. Louis and you may still have costumes and decorations that will work. We are looking for iconic and notable things about St. Louis. This is not as broad as previous themes so there may be some overlap in float ideas but I will still try to avoid exact duplication. Bead recycling Collection is about 150 lbs. Not earth saving but it is a start. If you still have some to contribute just let me know. Scoring Parade scoring is a scale of 1 to 5, no random extra 10 points per judge to give. The categories are Creativity, Craftsmanship, and Costumes. The scores are totaled by judge, the high score dropped, the low score dropped, and the total averaged by the number of judges actually scoring that float. If there is no score registered, that judge will not be used for the krewes’ average
