REVIVE A SUNNAH THIS RAMADAAN The Prophet (Peace be upon him) would break his fast with fresh dates before praying. If there were no fresh dates, he would eat a few dried dates. If there were no dried dates, he would drink a few sips of water [Al-Tirmidhi - Classed as Sahih by Sh al-Albaani] Also the Prophet (Peace be upon him) used to eat ODD number of dates (Sahih Al-Bukhari – Book 15 Hadith 73) So always break ur fast with 1 date or 3 dates if u dont have dates then with water.
