REVIVE THE DRY BONES Ezekiel 37:1-10 (NIV)The hand of the Lord was on me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. (2) He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry. (3) He asked me, “Son of man, can these bones live?” I said, “Sovereign Lord, you alone know.” (4) Then he said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! (5) This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breath enter you, and you will come to life. (6) I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’” (7) So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I was prophesying, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together, bone to bone. (8) I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them, but there was no breath in them. (9) Then he said to me, “Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Come, breath, from the four winds and breathe into these slain, that they may live.’” (10) So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army. Note the condition of the bones, they were VERY VERY dry. Obviously they had been there for quite some time. They had been baked by the scorching sun day in and day out. They were brittle, parched and cracked, any and all life had LONG since passed away. And to top it off, they were situated in the valley, which represents a low place of existence. It is quite possible that you may feel that your present situation mirrors this very picture. You may even be feeling as if you are stuck in the middle of the valley of despair. Life as it used to be has faded away and your present condition may seem to be so dry and lifeless, and may in fact have been that way for quite some time. The symptoms that you have been experiencing may be screaming against all hope that it is too late for you now, it is beyond repair, and quite possibly you are at the place where it is nearly impossible to expect any change. PRAYER: 1. Today, I prophesy unto my dead bones.O ye dry bones, hear the word of the Lord. Thus saith the Lord God unto these bones; Behold I will cause breath to enter into you, ye shall live. O God of wonder, arise and manifest your power at the valley of my dry bones. 2. Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon my life, family, business, marriage/relationship, destiny, career, health, ministry.etc, in Jesus name. 3. O ye dry bones in my life, begin to attach yourselves to one another and: (a. Let every dead blessing in my life begin to align with the word of God now in Jesus name. (b. Let my destiny line up with the word of God, in Jesus name. (c. Let my dry bones come to life! in Jesus name. (d. Let every dead blessing receive the breath of the Lord now in Jesus name. (e. Let every closed door be opened now in Jesus name. .. Let every dry bone of: My destiny, My marriage, My finances, My family, Education, My business, My ministry, My calling, My health, My Future, My hopes, & any other issues going on in your life, be revived by divine fire and power, in Jesus name. 4. I prophesy to my buried glory, buried blessings, buried talents, buried ministry.etc, be exhumed in Jesus mighty name. 5. Father, cause my dry bones of (dead visions, dreams, aspirations.etc) to receive life today, in Jesus name. 6. I command the breath of the Lord to come into me and grant me spiritual refreshment and restoration that would turn all negative situations to positive and change all hopeless and dead situations. 7. Lord open up our graves, and release us from the clutches of death and destruction in Jesus name. 8. Lord, show me the dry bones in my life and give me strength to revive and repair those parts especially in my spiritual life. 9. Lord I speak Your Word of life into all the dry wombs, dry marriages, dry finances, dry household. Let them receive a permanent restoration and healing. 10. Lord, if my prayers are just words rather than a conversation with You; breathe life into my dry bones. 11. Lord, if I sing hymns or pray and yet there is no melody or Holy Spirit moving in my heart; breathe life into my dry bones. 12. Lord, if my actions betray my self-interest rather than my love for You; breathe life into my dry bones. In JESUS POWERFUL NAME I PRAY
